South Central Regional Library Council is pleased to have collaborated with New York State Historical Association for the second launch of our collaborative digitization program, Tools of History, during the Cooperstown Harvest Festival September 18-19, 2010.

Our appreciation goes out to all who joined us at the NYSHA Research Library between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to learn more about this project and to explore NYSHA's featured collections: Murder Pamphlets (a collection of 124 covers of "true crime" publications published in the 1800s) and Photographs by Smith and Telfer (a collection of images printed from glass plate negatives, documenting life in Otsego County for nearly a century).
